Long gone are the days dealing with the hassle of waiting in a lengthy call queue just to find out simple details about your cover, because now you can access everything at your fingertips.
Unlike some of their competitors, your online account with 24|7 isn’t just to store your cover plan documents, it’s much more advanced. You can take your cover plan into your own hands by using the online facility to report a claim, complete eligibility questions and even book a service.
Usman Bagas, 24|7 Home Rescue’s Digital Marketing Director believes that: “The best element to this new facility is that it works around you rather than you working around us. We know that our customers have busy lives and it can be easy to forget things like booking your boiler service. Here’s how the new online facility works:
1. Visit our homepage: https://www.247homerescue.co.uk
2. Locate the ‘My Account’ option in the top right hand side.
3. Hover your mouse over ‘My Account’ and select your option from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your reference number and surname into the fields and then click ‘Submit’ to access the service.
